Omiyage ("we", "our") provides local-marketing automation software for restaurants and service businesses. This policy explains what information we handle and how.

Information we collect

Client business data: business profile information, reviews, and performance data of client shops, accessed through Google's official Business Profile APIs only with each shop's explicit authorization.
Guest survey responses: feedback voluntarily submitted by a shop's guests through our survey forms.
Contact information: name and contact details that clients or inquirers provide to us directly.

How we use information

To operate the service for each client shop: managing business profiles, drafting review replies for owner approval, and producing analytics reports.
To help shops improve their menus and service based on aggregated guest feedback.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use client data for advertising.

Google user data

Omiyage's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Data retention and deletion

We retain client data only while the client uses the service. Upon a client's request, or upon termination of the service, the client's data is deleted within a reasonable period.
